All our products ship from China (unless noted otherwise). All international shipments will be shipped as delivered-at-place (DAP) Incoterms. For some countries, you may be responsible for paying a duty and possibly a tax (e.g., VAT) as part of receiving your shipment. This amount varies depending on the laws of your country. If the package is returned or destroyed because you refused or failed to clear the customs in time, the extra cost will be deducted from your payment.
You must ensure that the email address and phone number you entered are correct and reachable, as a customs agent or TM HOBBY representative might be contacting you and requesting additional details or a question regarding your order.
All orders that are in stock usually get processed within 2-4 working days after your payment is cleared. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or some products are out of stock, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please make sure your email address is available, and remember to check the email for the notification.
The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the shipping company. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events that are beyond our control. Thus, we do not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics-related events.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email. You can click the link and skip to the shipping company‘s official website to check your package shipment status.
Tracking Your Order
If you are in these countries below, there is some extra information that we need in your order because of your country's import policy. Please provide the following information in your address so we can ship your order on time.
Shipments will be sent to the address entered on our web page during checkout. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. We can only modify the wrong address if the customer contacts us before the package is marked as shipped.
We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped, as the address information you enter is used as part of fraud checks and fraud prevention. If additional fees are required to reship packages due to address errors, those fees may be passed on to the customer.
Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion.
