The base is not made of aluminum plate, but made of the whole aluminum alloy CNC process, and we have made a sliding clamping slot for the locknut on the base to facilitate the adjustment of the position of the engine mounting bracket.
The limited clamping slot between the L-type engine mounting bracket and the base prevents the two L-type brackets from being not parallel and easy to locate during assembly.
After adjusting the position of the L-shaped bracket and tightening the screws, the engine press plate can be installed after putting on the engine. The mounting screws of the press plate are used in combination with the spring washer and the flat washer to prevent the engine from loosening.
The most important feature of this test bench is that all fixing is made of screws and nuts, without tapping any thread on the aluminum alloy structure, and there is no problem of thread slipping on the aluminum alloy after long-term use. In normal use, the structural parts will not be damaged, and the screws and nuts can be replaced by themselves.
We also equipped a piece of carbon fiber board for the installation of the steering gear in the product package, which can fix the throttle steering gear on the test bench. It is more convenient to control the throttle when debugging the engine. We also equipped a large 3M adhesive magic sticker, which can be cut and used to fix the fuel tank, receiver, battery pack, etc.
The carbon fiber board hole position is suitable for standard large servos. For example, Mayatech1268 servo, futaba3003, Huisheng 996, etc.
